From your desktop or laptop device, the Premier Membership will give you 24/7 access to our Wix Code Knowledge base to find all the Wix Code answers and Wix Code help you need.  Log into your Dashboard to easily use the help widget located at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.  Type in any search words to quickly find any related Wix Code articles that will give you Wix Code Examples like Code Snippets and Troubleshooting tips with step by step instructions.  Our support widget will also give you suggestions on other Wix Code related articles, Wix Code examples or Wix Code tutorials that are similar to the words you search.  Our Wix Code Support Knowledge Base is updated frequently to reflect the latest Wix Code updates.

pro membership

As a Pro Member you will have additional access to Wix Code Courses and complete step by step Articles for building specific websites.   As a Pro Member you will be able to access our Wix Code Support Center via our native Android or iOS app, as well.  You will also have additional options to receive the extra Wix Code support you need to make your Wix Code building process more efficient. You will be able to submit support tickets to receive tailored replies by the Code Queen's dedicated Wix Code support agents.  The Totally Codable Support agents are available to answer your support tickets between the hours of 8am CST to 6pm CST from Monday through Friday.  We strive to answer all support tickets as fast as possible and to minimize the wait in between ticket responses we ask that our Pro Members complete the Wix Code Basics Training Course before you submit your first support ticket.

elite membership

The Elite Membership will give you the personalized support you need to fine tune any existing Wix Code on your website.  As an Elite Member, you don't have to wait for a support agent to reply to your support ticket as you will also be able to get support by phone through an Wix Code Elite support phone line.  During a support session, a dedicated support agent, or the Code Queen herself, may also work inside of your editor to troubleshoot existing code with you in the fastest and most efficient way possible.  All support sessions are currently available during the hours of 8am CST to 6pm CST from Monday through Friday.  Support sessions are not for building new sites, new pages or new code.  You may, however, use your session as a custom consultation to talk about page layouts, page logic, code settings, 3rd party app suggestions, code integrations and logic flow on existing Wix Code websites or future projects. All Elite Members are required to complete the Wix Code Basics training course within before you can start submitting support tickets or receive the

support phone line. We understand the urgency and importance of your support needs but it is our goal to minimize the wait and maximize the efficiency of our Wix Code Support Center with you mind.
